The Filipinos also going to pay taxes that is why Governor Narciso Claveria give every Filipinos a family name for the Spanish can be able to collect a cedula or residence certificate. All Filipinos are oblige to pay taxes but Spaniards are not paying. About three hundred thirty three years Filipinos are very starve for freedom until Dr. Jose Rizal offer his life through firing squad at Bagumbayan now called Luneta.
Filipinos became indolent or lazy due to the thinking that they might will work with less or no payment at all. Therefore, every Filipinos thinking " No work, No Pay" until there are a lot of Filipinos going abroad for the dream of getting high paid salary due to the fact till now here in Philippines even you work hard less payment/ meager salary only. The real sense all Filipinos are really industrious as long as you give an importance to every sweat/ hardships they exert to their work. Every Filipino workers are diligent, patient, loving as well honest to their employer.
